RESERVATION / BOOKING

All shuttle transfers are booked ahead the schedule day and time.

Standard allowance is at least 24 hours from desired schedule.

On the day request will be on a case to case basis, depending on current availabilities. VHA has the right to declined transfer/s without a prebooked schedule
-
All necessary details should be declared on the booking: Traveller's name, MOBILE, no of passengers, pick up and Drop off points.

Confirmation Emails / text are sent as soon as booking are verified

Should there be any discrepancies to our confirmation email/ text; pax should notify us immediately thru email or text
-
No reply to confirmation email / text will be automatically considered as correct.
PRE PICK UP
-
Shuttle pax will receive a text reminder a day before the booking date specifiying summary of transfer.(Either whatsapp or normal text message)

Should there be any discrepancies to our reminder; pax should notify us immediately text or call our office number

No reply to text reminder will be automatically considered as correct.
TRANSFER DAY

As soon as you have landed please text our office on +61481952003 (text only and add on whatsapp) or reply to the reminder message that you have received or phone us on 0399757819

As soon as contact, our office will then organize your transfer depending on conditions at the airport

For international numbers, please ensyre you have roaming enabled or have whatsapp to text / reply our office or with your driver.

Our office will direct you to the best pick up point (videos and pictures are often sent to help you)
MOBILE COMMUNICATION

Melbourne Airport is small but can be complicated, so text communication is essential for a smooth pick up.
-
There are no Information Counter/s in ANY of the 4 terminals at Melbourne Airport , currently; text and phone are how we now connect you with your driver.

Passengers without mobile number or wrong mobile numbers may not be accommodated. In case of contacting on the time passengers are ready for pick up, passengers may or may not be accommodated, this will depends on availabilty. Extra fees may be imposed to passenger/s. (Pax to refund to their agents if necessary)
SHUTTLE CAPABILITIES

Please be advised , we are a shared shuttle service and you may have to share or wait for your shuttle.

Pick up time can be altered depending on our shuttle runs but we ensure that you will arrive on the required time allotment for your flight departure

Our drivers may deny you of your service for the following reasons but not limited to: Number of passengers does not match with your reservation/ booking; unapproved/ undeclared child passenger; excess / undeclared or incorrect number of luggage/s; other unforeseen and unusual incidents that may occur during time of your pick up; Passenger can make their own way.
LATE ARRIVAL AND FLIGHT DELAYS

Flight Delays. Passenger may be put on next available shuttle service if in case of delayed of flight arrivals.

Occasionally , so that you do not wait for too long a time or Driver are not anymore available, we will pre pay another form of transfer, in good faith , to you our client.
CHILD PASSENGERS

Our shuttle service do not carry child passengers 7 yrs old and below
-
Child passengers above 7 yrs old should be accompanied by an adult passenger.
