🚐 PICK-UP PROCEDURE
As soon as your flight lands, please:
• Text our office on +61 481 952 003 (text only – also available on WhatsApp),
• Or reply to the reminder message sent the day before your transfer,
• Or call us directly on (03) 9975 7819.
Once we receive your message, our office will coordinate your pick-up based on current airport conditions.
If you are using an international number, please ensure international roaming is enabled or connect to WhatsApp to stay in touch with our team via +61 481 952 003.
Our staff will guide you to the most convenient pick-up point. We may send videos or photos to help you locate your driver easily. While Melbourne Airport is relatively small, it can be tricky to navigate—so staying in touch is essential for a smooth experience.
🚌 DEPARTURE REMINDER
Please be ready, inside your hotel or other address at least 10 mins before your nominated pick up time.
Pick up time will have a window period (15 minutes before and after )Will be sending a reminder a day before to confirm time of pick up
Our driver or our office will message you with any instructions as required on the day; in case there are road closures, etc
Do not wait on the street, or go with any Taxi or Uber driver unless you have been advised by our office .Please go only with our authorized drivers/ service
We use private chauffeur cars, vans and mini buses, or Uber only in rare occasions during emergencies.
